General conditions of sale and return
These General Conditions of Sale will be applied to the commercialization of the products included in the www.eo-espanolonline.com web page (hereinafter, the SITE), together with the Legal Notice that the USER admits to knowing and accepts, which may be consulted at this link (https://www.eo-espanolonline.com/aviso-legal/)

When a USER places an order on the SITE, he is declaring that he / she is on legal age according to Spanish legislation (18 years) and accepting these General Conditions of Sale.
EO Español Online supports payments with credit or debit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The USER who chooses this payment option must enter his card details during the purchase process. The SITE only stores the last 4 numbers of the card used for the purchase in order to inform the user in the future of the card with which the payment was made.
The SITE also supports payments directly through the PayPal.com platform for those who have a user profile on it. In addition, you can pay on this same platform without having to be registered using a Visa, Visa Electron, 4B, Euro6000, MasterCard, American Express or international Maestro cards. The USER who wants to pay for their order with any of these credit or debit cards must enter their data in the PayPal payment platform, to which they will be redirected at the end of the purchase process. The use of this allows to ensure the highest levels of security during the payment process since the data is managed through the secure servers of this company specialized in online payment. The SITE does not collect or store any data from our USERS related to the cards or the PAYPAL account used to pay for orders.
In any case, all communications between the page and the USER are secured by means of an SSL security certificate, in such a way that the USER can verify at any time that the page visited belongs to the SITE by verifying the URL and the symbol of “secure site ”Placed in front of this URL, which will be https.
We are working on other payment systems, but at the moment payments cannot be made in cash or by checks, promissory notes or direct debits, among other unaccepted payment methods.
According to current tax legislation in Spain, teaching Spanish is exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT), so orders do not include any additional charge for taxes of this type.

The individual class codes and packages offered in the SITE Store do not have any expiration and can be used at any time by the person who has purchased them. Its assignment or sale to third parties is prohibited, unless expressly authorized in writing by the SITE administrators.
In the event that the buyer is a company or similar, the SITE codes may be used by several USERS, who must be previously identified by the buyer through an email.
If for any reason the USER is not satisfied with the purchase of classes and wishes to withdraw from it before having used these products, the amount paid will be refunded in full without any penalty or other cost. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is free, that is, no reason should be alleged and the USER must only communicate his intention to withdraw to the administrators of the SITE (eoespanolonline@gmail.com)
If the USER wishes to desist from the purchase of packages after having consumed any class included in it, the amount corresponding to the classes that he / she has not enjoyed will be returned by the means that the USER chooses, without any penalty cost, but running this with the financial expenses generated by this operation. The USER must state some reason to request the withdrawal of the purchase in order for the SITE to improve the services it offers to its USERS.
If the USER cancels a reserved class by notifying it at least 24 hours in advance, said reservation will be canceled and the USER will be able to enjoy that class at another time without any type of extra cost or penalty. If the cancellation of a class occurs during the 24 hours prior to the time it was reserved or if the USER does not show up at the agreed time, the class will be considered to have been taught and the corresponding amount will not be returned except in cases exceptional and for duly justified causes.
If the student does not notify those 24 hours in advance or does not show up at the reserved time, they will lose the class.

In those cases in which the SITE administrators unilaterally decide to cancel the reserved classes, the USER will be refunded the full amount paid without any penalty or other cost (this unilateral termination of the sale contract by the SITE will always respond justified causes, generally based on persistent technical problems that make it impossible to teach classes).
In no case will the amount corresponding to reserved classes that have already been received normally by the USER be refunded.
The SITE reserves the right to make changes at any time to its website, its policies and its terms and conditions, including these General Conditions of Sale. The USER will be subject to the policies, terms and conditions in force at the time they place their order, unless, by law or requirement of public authorities, changes must be made in them (in which case these changes are could apply to any order placed previously). If any of these conditions is declared invalid, null or ineffective for any reason, that condition will be understood to be excluded without affecting the validity of the rest of the General Conditions of Sale.
